Prior to starting classes, one of our coaches will lead you through

four-session course to teach you the basics of fitness & nutrition.

Everyone must “Test Out” prior to joining any of our memberships.


Technique and coaching varies greatly among athletes and gyms and we want to offer you the best experience possible.  That requires a bit of 1 on 1 time to assess, review and to get to know each other.  1 hour.

To ensure an exceptional experience, we first sit down with you 1 on 1.


This is a FREE 30-minute, no pressure, no gimmick, no B.S., one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and determine the best path to meet your goals! It’s a great way for you to see if our facility , our programs, our way of doing things is the right path for you! We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.

We are all about the fun, the fitness, the awesome vibes, BUT our first priority is safety! 


EVERYONE STARTS WITH THE PREP COURSE.  

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to Cherry Bomb is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, exercises and about what we stand for and how we operate before ever having to sign a contract. These Prep Sessions are taught by a Coach and are booked at your convince between you and your Coach and can be done as One-on-One, Two-on-One or small group sessions.

These sessions are the perfect place to ask questions, learn and get some great workouts in before transitioning into our regular classes or whichever program you and your coach think is the right fit for you.  To see if we're the right FIT for you
