To ensure an exceptional experience, we first sit down with you 1 on 1.
This is a FREE 20-minute, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and determine the best path of success to meet your goals! It’s a great way for you to see if our facility is a good fit for you! We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.
We are all about the fun, the fitness, the family vibes, BUT our first priority is safety!
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to Cherry Bomb is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Cherry Bomb Group classes. These Prep Sessions are taught by a Coach and are booked at your convince between you and your Coach and can be done as One-on-One, Two-on-One or small group sessions.
We keep these classes small to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the 4 consecutive sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. We also include a complimentary nutrition consultation with our Nutrition Coach! On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions, learn and get some great workouts in before transitioning into our regular classes or whichever program you and your coach think is the right fit for you. Technique and coaching varies greatly among athletes and gyms and we want to offer you the best experience possible. That requires a bit of 1 on 1 time to assess, review and to get to know each other. 1 hour.
