Prior to starting classes, one of our coaches will lead you through
a private

four-session course to teach you the basics of fitness & nutrition.  
No prior fitness experience is required.

To ensure an exceptional experience, we first sit down with you 1 on 1.


This is a FREE, no pressure, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn about our methods and philosophy, and try us out to better help determine the best path to meet your goals!  We’ll also answer all your questions about memberships, programs, pricing and not to mention you'll be getting a FREE personal training experience.

EVERYONE STARTS WITH THE 1 on 1, ON RAMP COURSE. 



Everyone who comes to Cherry Bomb is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, exercises and about what we stand for and how we operate before ever having to sign a contract. These On Ramp Sessions are taught by a Coach and are booked at your convince between you and your Coach and can be done as One-on-One or small group sessions.

These sessions are the perfect place to ask questions, learn and get some great workouts in before transitioning into our regular classes or whichever program you and your coach think is the right fit for you.  To see if we're the right FIT for you

Technique and coaching varies greatly among athletes and gyms and we want to offer you the best experience possible.  That requires a bit of 1 on 1 time to assess, review and to get to know each other.  1 hour.
