We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs, abilities, and fitness pursuits.
Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, have an injury, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we are here for you.
One of our coaches will meet with you to for assess of where you are now and where you'd like to be. Together you can create a plan that is right for you and will fit into your life. We can also offer nutritional support to help you achieve optimal health.
30-minute session – $45
1-hour session – $70
Hybrid Memberships (PT + Group) - $230
Ongoing PT sessions (30 minutes) - $360 (2x/weekly) - $500 (3x/weekly)
Ongoing PT sessions (60 minutes) - $800 (3x/weekly)
Please note our Cancellation Policy for Personal Training: A 12-hour notice must be given or that session with be counted as “used”. Our schedules typically revolve around our clients. With a 12-hour notice the coach has the opportunity to fill that spot and help another client.
