SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING​
 This a cost effective and motivating way to work with a personal trainer in a duo or small group (4).
Working in small groups, you will get the personal attention you need to ensure you are working at the optimal pace, using correct form to avoid injuries and remain accountable to reach and surpass your health and fitness goals.

SPECIALIZED SMALL GROUP TRAINING

It is NOT group training.  Group training is where everyone is doing the exact same thing with very little coaching.  This a cost effective and motivating way to work with a personal trainer in a small group (6). We’ll do assessments on everyone, create a custom program that works for all members and we will train you in circuits. It’s social, fun and really helps drive results.
