No matter if you’re looking for the most intense workout in the world or you’re just interested in getting a great sweat on...we've got you covered.
C60Our 60 minute class. C60 is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! *On Ramp Course Required
C45Our 45 minute class. C45 is our core CrossFit program. It builds your base, is fast paced and fun. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat! **Possibility of No On Ramp Required
Weekend Warrior Our 60 min. weekend scorcher. It targets weekend warrior athletes interested in testing out their fitness in a bootcamp styled workout. This is a high intensity GUT check workout. *Basic Training Course Required
PREP Courseis a four (+1 assessment) -session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is 30 minutes long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success! Learn more
Fit Clubour 60 minute class. Rise and grind! This is a high intensity kettlebell bootcamp & it only runs for 8 weeks in the summer.
